By connecting to the breath intentionally and consciously, we can release emotions and stagnant energy that create chaos in our nervous system. Breathwork creates space for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. This process of using the breath consciously and continually relieves anxiety, releases emotions, and brings about mental clarity and new perspectives.
